Physical Products (Books, Agendas, Guides & Yearbooks)

Production & Availability: * Items “In Stock”: Certain Agendas, Guides, or Yearbooks are held in stock for immediate dispatch. These are usually dispatched within 2 business days.
- Items “Printed to order”: Most of our Season Reviews and archival Yearbooks are crafted specifically for your order. Please allow up to 9 business days for printing and binding before dispatch.
Shipping & Zones: We ship worldwide via Colissimo (La Poste). Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination.
Delivery Times: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days for France and 4 to 8 business days for International destinations.
Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email address as soon as the package is dispatched.

Instant Access: Digital products are available for download immediately after payment confirmation.
No Shipping Fees: Digital editions incur no shipping or handling costs.

The right of withdrawal depends on the production method of the item, as specified on the product page at the time of purchase:

For Items Sold “In Stock”: In accordance with European law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. This applies to any Guide, Agenda, or Yearbook clearly marked as “In Stock” (Dispatched within 48h). The product must be returned in its original, unopened condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For Items Sold “Printed to order”: According to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. As these books are printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or ordering errors.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Regardless of the production method, if your book arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@motor-racing-guide.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Digital Products: Digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or the download link has been triggered.
