Products & Orders
- Physical Products: Specialized motorsport books, agendas, yearbooks, and guides.
- Digital Products: PDF editions and CSV data files.
- Availability: Products are either held in stock or printed specifically for your order (Print-on-Demand), as indicated on the product page.
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons (e.g., pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud).
Prices & Payment
- Currency: All prices are displayed in Euros (€).
- Taxes: As per French law (Art. 293 B of the CGI), VAT is not applicable to our sales. Prices shown are the final price.
- International Orders: For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Secure Payment: Payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.
Production & Delivery
- Timeline: * In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 2 business days.
- Printed-to-Order Items: Please allow up to 9 business days for production and binding before shipping.
- Shipping: Orders are shipped via Colissimo (La Poste). Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order and destination.
- Digital Delivery: Digital products are available for download immediately after payment confirmation.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
- Digital Products: In accordance with European law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content once the download has started. All digital sales are final.
- Physical Products (Printed to order): As these books are manufactured specifically for your order, they are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
- Physical Products (In Stock): For items clearly marked as “In Stock”, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. Items must be returned unopened and in original condition at the customer’s expense.
- Damages & Defects: If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence. We will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
Intellectual Property & Liability
- Independence: Motor Racing Guide Publishing is an independent entity. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the FIA, FOM, or any racing series.
- Data Protection: All data and structural compilations are the property of Fred Jaillet / Motor Racing Guide Publishing. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
- Accuracy: While we strive for 100% accuracy in our records, we cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions, or the consequences of using the data provided.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and if an amicable solution cannot be found, the courts of Marseille, France, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
