The 2029 IndyCar Series season, continuing a new generation

Review IndyCar Series 2029 is a reference publication dedicated to the 2029 IndyCar Series season and to the championship’s race results since 1996.

The new technical cycle also combines a 2.4-litre twin-turbocharged V6 capable of producing up to 760 horsepower with an evolved hybrid system. The new car represents a comprehensive development of the previous platform, including a lighter chassis and an aerodynamic package designed to improve its behaviour in racing conditions.

Review IndyCar Series 2029 therefore preserves the record of a championship already established within a new technical generation, while allowing that evolution to be measured against the decades that came before it.

The Indianapolis 500 naturally occupies a central place in this history. Since 1996, its successive editions have formed one of the defining threads of the archive, providing a way to follow the evolution of drivers, teams and technology within one of the world’s most iconic motor races.
